Hey, i'm nico echeverry

I’m a gastronome and fitness coach specialized in training and nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum. My mission is to guide you toward an active, healthy, and energetic pregnancy—helping you connect with your body and enjoy every stage with confidence.

This passion was born not only from my education but also from my personal experience. Today, my wife and I are living our own active pregnancy—a season that has taught us the importance of moving with purpose, eating mindfully, and building a strong support network.

A few years ago, I led a sedentary lifestyle myself. I felt low on energy, tired, and frustrated, believing I didn’t have the time or the knowledge to change. But after transforming my habits, I understood that well-being isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency, self-knowledge, and self-love.

That experience led me to dedicate my life to teaching others—and today, especially expectant mothers—that with the right tools, a positive mindset, and professional support, you can experience your pregnancy and recovery fully and healthily.
